Example

A highly customizable terminal

This is one real WASIX Bash session rendering black text on a nearly transparent surface, so the grid behind it stays visible straight through the cells. Drag it by its title bar. It is deliberately fixed in size.

Surface
allowTransparency: true switches the WebGPU, WebGL2, and Canvas 2D surfaces to an alpha-capable context. It is init-only, because it changes how the rendering context is created.
Theme
The background carries the alpha and the foreground stays opaque black. Without allowTransparency, an alpha color is rejected at creation rather than silently rendered opaque.
Dragging
The title bar moves the window with a CSS transform, which never changes the element's size, so the grid is not remeasured while it travels.
const terminal = await createTerminal({
  container,
  allowTransparency: true,
  theme: {
    background: 'rgba(250, 248, 242, 0.06)',
    foreground: '#262722',
  },
});
